Save your Boat Metal by Scott Goodwin
All boats have some kind of exsposed metal, be it aluminum or stainless steel. T-tops, towers, outriggers, rod holders, hatch hinges, steering wheels, engine throttles, gaffs and on and on..... All of these are under attack from the salty, moist elements. Aluminum corrodes leaving permanent pitting. Stainless steel still rusts, just at a slower pace than regular steel. Add waxing metal to your maintenance routine and it will look new for a long time! Is your metal already worn. Waxing will rejuvenate it a little and arrest the corrosion process. It also makes cleaning a breeze. Wax every few months and wipe down with a chammois after each use and you will see a huge difference in the life and looks of your boat.

Stop Rust Rings by Scott Goodwin
Boats new and old need lots of maintenance. This requires a wide variety of cleaners, lubes, solvents, etc. These come in all types of containers, of which many are metal. These can scratch and or leave rust rings on your boat. A minute of prevention can eliminate this risk. Cover the bottom of the cans with a layer of masking tape before you start using them. End of problem!
